A.R.E. You Ready?

A.R.E. You Ready?

Happy 2017!  As it’s been awhile since we’ve connected, I have been blessed with many intentions coming to fruition…speaking engagements, having an article published in the December 2016 Science of Mind magazine and a new book being published this year. Whew!  One of my intentions this year is to reach out to you more often with insights and opportunities to guide you taking your life to a different level with more joy, happiness and of course more peace. Stay tuned!

We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us ~ Joseph Campbell

So A.R.E. you ready?  Before you answer, the question is…are you ready for what?  More peace in your relationships…moving forward from your divorce…resolving conflict easier and effortlessly?  If the answer is yes, you are in the right place!  A.R.E. is an acronym for:  Accept & Allow; Release & Receive; Embrace & Embody…A.R.E.  Today we’ll explore A. – Accept & Allow. Accepting can be a tricky and valuable step in shifting from where you are now to where you want to be.  Accepting yourself for exactly who you are..the perfect, whole and complete body inside and out.  There is nothing that needs to change other than the beliefs you may be carrying around.  When you can accept yourself unconditionally, you are ready to allow fuller experiences into your life that will take you where you want to be.

Accept target

Where acceptance is more of a mindset, allowing is more directive. Allowance gives us an opportunity to be open to people, places and things that support who we are and especially where we want to be. The Universe can only say Yes and will provide us with situations that align with our desires. When we accept this gift, we are ready to allow that which supports the perfection of who we are, where we’re going and whom we are meant to be with.  Simply put, accepting who we are allows us to create the life we were meant to live. This in turn reinforces the acceptance of our perfection.

For those who are healing from conflict in their life whether it be from a relationship challenge or loss such as divorce, allowing and accepting is the first step towards the inner and outer peace you desire.  Next week we will explore Release & Receive – Part 2 of our question A.R.E. You Ready?
